A development comprising of five contemporary houses and extensive landscaping. Three of the three-bed homes were arranged as a terrace backing on to the River Wandle. The other two bespoke and contemporary properties were arranged as a semi-detached pair but of very different styles. Although these also offered similar accommodation to the terraced units, the accommodation was arranged in a very unusual way that is best illustrated by the images. The largest property was of a bungalow style but with two bedrooms and ensuites within the roof space served by gallery / study area overlooking the dining room.
