Stability Homes is the trading name of Stability Structures (Ewell) Ltd, a company that celebrates its 50th year of trading in 2010.

Our principle activity is the construction of new homes in South West London and North Surrey.

Stability is family owned and run, which allows us to concentrate on building good quality homes that benefit from attention to detail. Being the small company we are, we do not build specific house types and it would be rare for us to use the same design on more than one site. Instead we employ architects who we know are able to produce schemes of good quality, designed to fit in with the local environment.

 

 

Internally the houses are normally fitted out leaving little for a purchaser to add other than curtains, carpets, effect lighting and of course, their personal possessions.
